Your Way to make a difference Welcome United Way Goulburn Valley United Way GV raises money and distributes the funds to local charities and health and care organisations.  All money raised stays in the region.  Since 2001 more than $2.5 million has been distributed to over 100 local charities. Our aim is to support local organisations that care for the most vulnerable in our community … children, youth, the elderly, families, people with disabilities and people in crisis. United Way GV (formerly known as The Community Fund) is part of the national United Way Australia network that annually raises $10 million for charity. Globally United Way is a powerful force for positive change in people’s lives. Vision The Goulburn Valley will be a self-sufficient community where basic needs are met, a safety net is in place, families are strong, older adults lead enriched lives and cultural diversity is embraced. For more than a decade, United Way GV has played an important role in supporting grass roots charities.  Funds are distributed twice a year (February and July) to local charities and health care organisations, via an open application process.
